Barre!

Be ready to work from head to toe! A mix of Pilates, dance, yoga and functional training, and the moves are choreographed to motivating music, Barre Classes are energizing.  You’ll use the barre and exercise equipment such as mini-balls and small hand weights to sculpt, slim and stretch your entire body. Small, super-controlled movements reduce pressure on your joints, tendons, ligaments and spine. With a regular practice of barre, you'll notice a tighter core and butt.  While a tight core will give you a taller appearance, it will also keep you safe from injuries. - No experience required!

 

Barre Fusion

Set to fun and energetic music, Barre Fusion Classes will give you quick results by lengthening and chiseling muscles through small isolated holds with tiny movements and tremendous mental connection. Each class incorporates an upper body workout with weights and suspension bands and a combination of high-intensity sequences of thigh, seat and core exercises at the barre. We always include a releasing stretch after we work a muscle group, which results in stronger and more elongated muscles while gaining flexibility.  Expect an extreme challenge and prepare to leave feeling calmly energized. Perfect for All Levels.  

What do I need to bring?:

We do require footwear, excluding sneakers. We recommend non-skid footwear such as non-skid socks. For your convenience, we sell Ballet Barre Socks in studio for $14.95.  We also recommend that you bring water (also on sale at the studio).

Do I need to pre-register for this class?

We require your visit to be reserved online.  This allows your spot to be reserved in the class.  To sign up for classes click link below:

What if I have to cancel?

We have a 4 hour cancellation policy on canceling your reserved class.  This means if you do not cancel your class 4 hours prior to the start of the class, you will lose it.  We do want everyone to have a chance to attend any class they want to so please cancel if you can no longer attend.

How do I cancel?

Sign on to our Mindbody website, login to your account and select “My Info” and then select “My Schedule.” This will allow your to select the class you would like to cancel.
