It all began with a dead bird.

Allow me to explain:

When I was a child growing up in Southern NH, I loved anything to do with animals and nature.  From secretly trying to incubate chicken eggs in my bedroom to finding an infant kitten (still with its umbilical cord attached), bottle feeding it with Similac Baby Formula and raising it as part of my family of pets - I innately knew everything was connected.

One day while walking home from a friends house, I found a dead little sparrow on the side of the road.  Feeling very sad that this little dead bird didn’t have a proper burial, I decided to take it home and provide it one.  I carefully picked it up bare-handed and trotted off to my house where I had to explain to my parents how everything in life (and death) is connected.  And how everything in life (and death) needed to be cared for.  And how I wanted to celebrate this little birds short life with the love and respect of a simple burial.

I’ve held that knowledge - this Universal connection - ever since.  Which is why I love the work that I do!

For over 27 years I have been helping people find their connectedness through physical and spiritual fitness.  In 1987 I became a group fitness instructor and volunteered my time at the YMCA, teaching thousands of fitness classes over the years.  I received my personal training certification in 1995 and since then have expanded my training to include Yoga (200ERYT), Master Fascial Fitness Training, Ayurveda, Aerial Yoga, Barre, Thai Yoga, Reiki and Zumba.

This experience and my strong love for helping people led me to create Fuse Yoga & Fitness.  A community of yoga and fitness lovers that provides each individual with the support they need to help achieve their personal and spiritual best.

From teaching yoga to coaching people on how to live a healthy lifestyle (and everything in between), helping people be truly healthy, happy and fulfilled has always been my most gratifying work.

Danielle Leblanc  Group Fitness Instructor

My fitness journey started right after my college years.  I had always struggled with my weight and felt unhealthy overall.  My Mom got me involved in Jazzercise classes and I quickly fell in love with fitness.  Soon after, I became a Jazzercise Instructor and owned and operated my own franchise.  After a couple of years I had my first child and found it challenging to keep up with the demands of being a Mom and owning a business.   At that point, I decided to take a break from business and focus my attention on my family.  After the birth of my second child I began taking fitness classes but missed the opportunity to teach and connect with the students.  I decided to pursue my interests in fitness and became a Certified Group Fitness Instructor.  In 2014 Fuse offered me the position of Fitness Instructor and I continue to teach there to this date.  The Fuse Community has afforded me the opportunity to teach such wonderful students but to be creative in my teachings.

Jillian Hannah 500 RYT

I love to inspire people to awaken and connect to their own unique divine inner wisdom by practicing gentle movement of the body, presence of the mind and light of the heart.  My hope is to connect people with love, community, support and kindness on and off the mat.

Currently, my full-time job is being a stay at home mommy of two very active toddlers!  My deepest passions are yoga and meditation.  In college I was blessed to have taken many alternative/holistic medicine classes that changed my path in life.  Certain practices started to work their way into my lifestyle and in 2010 I started practicing yoga and quickly fell in love!  In 2014 I received my 500 RTY at an amazing studio in NH and shortly after receiving my certifications I began teaching what I love.  My goal is to bring love, healing and balance to my students.

Abby Rosmarin - 200RYT

Abby loves all styles and varieties of yoga because they all boil down to the same questions: Can you come back to the breath?  Can you tune in to what is constructive for you in the present moment?  Can you honor where your mind, body, and spirit are at in the present moment, and not where you wish they already were?

Abby received her 200-hour training through Yoga NH with Maureen Miller and Brandy Hill.  Since then, she's received additional trainings in yin yoga, core strength vinyasa yoga, mind-body resilience yoga, trauma-sensitive yoga, and Reiki.  She is currently partaking in her 300-hour training with the YogaLife Institute, specializing in comprehensive yoga therapy.

Abby approaches her classes in a warm, welcoming, and fun manner.  She encourages her students to be curious and to celebrate the natural differences in everyone's body & bone structure.  Above all else, Abby wants her students to use their practice as a chance to remind themselves of their own inner strength, wisdom, and power.  Yoga is a journey of the self, through the self, to the self, and everyone's paths will take on a unique spin of its own.
