Packages cannot be shared or transferred.
Introductory and Newcomer Specials are available one time only and only on first visit.
No refunds or credit for expired passes or classes.
Pass packages have expiration dates!
We’re sorry, passes cannot be extended beyond their expiration date unless you have a valid medical reason accompanied by medical documentation.
But don’t fear! We can roll over unused classes on any 10 class pass whenever you purchase a new 10 class pass. Just email us as soon as you buy your new 10 class pass– then we will roll over the unused classes on your last 10 class pass to your new 10 class pass (the original pass can only be rolled over once). Thereafter, the expiration date for all your classes on the 10 class pass will be whatever the expiration date is on your newest 10 class pass.

In an effort to remain fair to all students practicing at our studio, we cannot grant exceptions.
For all month to month auto-deduct memberships
Un-used classes cannot be rolled into following month, transferred, refunded or exchanged.
Additional classes can be purchased @ $10/each for 8 Class Pass Holders, $14/each for 4 Class Pass Holders.
If you need to cancel or freeze your account you can do so anytime with 30 days notice by emailing Nicole at firstname.lastname@example.org. Auto-Renew will be automatically billed to your credit card until you cancel. You may cancel anytime - but please keep in mind that your membership becomes inactive as soon as you terminate even if you just paid for a month, so please terminate online before your renewal date. If you like to plan ahead, simply email us at least 7 days in advance and we will terminate for a future date. You will receive e-mail confirmation back from us confirming the termination. No refunds or pro rations will be given for partial months.
